Water/Sewer/Garbage Billing

The Water/Sewer/Garbage Billing department is in charge of producing the bill for all citizens using City of DuBois utilities. However, this department only bills garbage they are not responsible for pick-up; should you have a problem or concern with garbage pickup please contact Waste Management at 1-800-338-8971.
If you are interested in having your bill automatically withdrawn from your checking account, please click on the Forms & Permits button and look under Water for the Automatic Draft Form.
