Public Announcements

If you are a non-profit, and you have an event that you would like to advertise on the “Sign in the Park” or on Comcast Channel 19, please read below for the criteria for submitting. Submission for both medias can be emailed to [email protected]; faxed to 814-371-1290, or dropped off at the front window at the Municipal Building.  

Rules for Submission

  1. Must be a Non-Profit
  2. Must be an event (No Ticket, Hoagie or Coupon sales)
  3. Must receive at least 2 weeks prior to event

City Park Billboard

You can submit announcements for local events to appear on the billboard located at the City Park facing Liberty Boulevard. To submit an announcement, send a maximum of Five Lines / 12 Characters Per Line to

Currently, this media advertises local obituaries and events.  We hope to get this channel up and running with more content in the future. We would also like to get the website, which allowed residents who did not have Comcast the ability to stream the channel on their computers, up and running.  Please stand by!
